Shipping & Returns

We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your state — Lagos orders carry the lowest fee, with a flat nationwide rate elsewhere.

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Because every piece is hand-dyed and finished to order, please allow 2–5 business days for dispatch, plus courier transit time (typically 1–3 days within Lagos, 2–5 days nationwide).

You'll receive your order reference (JMB-…) by email when your order is confirmed — track it any time on the order tracking page.

If something isn't right with your order, contact us with your order reference and we'll make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Because every piece is one of one, exchanges are subject to availability — if the exact piece isn't available, we'll offer an exchange of equal value or a refund.
